Pathways

Pathways

Everyone's journey looks different. These pathways describe the people and settings Butterfly Circle is here to support.

How we help

Different people need different kinds of support. Our pathways for individuals, families, young people, workplaces and community help people find connection and support that fits their circumstances.

Specific programs and availability are still being developed.

Individuals

A safe place to be heard and supported, at your own pace.

  • Ongoing connection and support once crisis services end
  • Connection to peers with shared, lived experience
  • Help to navigate services, systems and next steps

Families

Space for understanding, connection and stronger support around the people who matter most.

  • Support that includes the whole family, not just one person
  • Understanding trauma and how to support recovery at home
  • Building stability and connection over time

Young people

Spaces where young people feel safe, valued and supported to grow.

  • Welcoming, age-appropriate connection and belonging
  • Support that respects identity and lived experience
  • Encouragement to learn, heal and grow at their own pace

Connection matters at every stage of life. Support that includes families, women and children helps people feel less alone as they move forward.

Workplaces

Support to build more trauma-aware, inclusive and connected workplaces.

  • Education to help teams understand trauma and recovery
  • Support towards more inclusive, trauma-aware workplaces
  • Partnership on community wellbeing initiatives

Community

Welcoming spaces and gatherings that help people reconnect and belong.

  • Community events and social connection that reduce isolation
  • Opportunities to take part, contribute and belong
  • Partnership with local groups and services as they grow

Every pathway looks different. What matters is moving forward with space, time and someone alongside you.

Support looks different for everyone. These are examples of what working together could involve as programs and partnerships grow.
